The reservation is subject to the prior confirmation of the availability of the accommodation by the owner, and is considered valid only upon receipt by Love Sicily Travel of the “booking voucher” with all the requested details added and with the corresponding amounts. Sending the reservation request, in the protection of the customer, immediately removes the availability of the selected period for the chosen accommodation.
Waiting times for “The booking voucher”. Usually arrive within a few hours, maximum 24 hours, however after sending the request, if you need immediate confirmation, you can contact our service center and request a speedy service.
Waiting times after receiving “The booking voucher” . Within 3 days of receipt of the voucher, which represents the booking confirmation, Love Sicily Travel must receive payment of the deposit indicated in the description of the accommodation. (Sum of money that one party delivers to the other, at the time of the conclusion of the contract, to guarantee the fulfillment of the contractual obligations). Upon receipt of payment you will immediately receive a confirmation of payment.
The contract will be final with the payment of the deposit. In case of non-payment within 3 days of confirmation, the reservation will be canceled.
Verified accommodation (accommodation appraised by one of our experts, with professional photos and tested in the operation of each service)
The balance must be paid at least 30 days before the start date. For bookings made within 30 days prior to the start date the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Upon receipt of the balance you will be sent the “voucher” in which you will be provided with all the information necessary for the collection of keys and to reach the accommodation.
User accommodation (unverified, photos and details are in trust as per the owner’s communication)
The Balance for user accommodation will be made on site, with the payment methods indicated by the owner in the description.
